Huat21 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Policy for Members in Malaysia

1. Definitions & Interpretation

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

5. Withdrawals

Huat21 is committed to processing withdrawals promptly and efficiently. The following terms and conditions apply to withdrawals from your huat21 account:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction. Daily withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier — ranging from RM20,000 (Bronze) to RM200,000 (Diamond).
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a method that has been verified and registered in your huat21 account.
• Huat21 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing a first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a specified amount. This is a standard security measure to protect our members.
• Withdrawal processing time is 5–30 minutes for standard members and under 5 minutes for Gold VIP members and above. In exceptional cases, withdrawals may take up to 24 hours.

7. Game Rules

• All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation, unless huat21 grants an exception under specific extraordinary circumstances.
• If a matched event is postponed or cancelled before it begins, the bet will be automatically voided and the full amount returned to your account balance within 24 hours.
• For football match betting, the match must be played for at least 45 minutes before the result is considered valid for bet settlement. If this duration is not reached due to unavoidable circumstances, all bets will be voided.

9. VIP Rewards Program

The huat21 VIP Rewards Programme consists of five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Members are enrolled automatically from their first day of registration. The following terms govern the huat21 VIP programme:

• VIP points are credited in real time based on wagering activity. Accumulation rates vary by game type and current VIP tier.
• VIP tier upgrades happen automatically once your cumulative points reach the threshold for the next tier. All benefits of the new tier are available immediately upon upgrade.
• VIP points will expire after 30 days of inactivity. Placing at least one settled bet within any 30-day period is sufficient to prevent your points from expiring.
• VIP tier downgrade occurs when points expire and the remaining points are insufficient to maintain the current tier, following a 7-day grace period.
• The conversion of VIP points to bonus credits is final and cannot be reversed. Conversion rates vary depending on your VIP tier.

10. Prohibited Conduct

Huat21 takes platform integrity and fairness for all members seriously. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Identity fraud: Registering using another person's personal information or any false details.
• Multiple accounts: Owning or attempting to register more than one account under the same or different identities in order to claim multiple bonuses.
• Bonus abuse: Using betting strategies specifically designed to fulfil wagering requirements with unfairly minimal risk, including systematic bonus hunting.
• Payment fraud: Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party credit cards or payment accounts to deposit into huat21.
• Money laundering: Using the huat21 platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Use of bots or automated software: Using any software, scripts, or automated tools to access, play, or exploit huat21's games or systems.
• Collusion: Colluding with other members in games that require fair competition (such as poker) to gain an unfair advantage.

11. Account Closure & Suspension

Huat21 reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any member under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms set out in this document.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity involving the account.
• Failure to provide the requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months. huat21 will send a notification 30 days before any action is taken.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the member themselves or an authorised representative.

Members who wish to close their own account may submit a request through huat21 customer support. All eligible real-money balances (excluding bonuses) will be returned once the closure process is complete and identity verification has been fulfilled.

12. Limitation of Liability

Huat21 provides the platform on an as-is basis and makes no specific guarantees regarding continuous availability, uninterrupted access, or error-free operation. The following limitations of liability apply to huat21:

• Huat21 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the platform, unless such loss is directly caused by the negligence of huat21.
• Huat21 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or speculative losses, even if huat21 has been informed of the possibility of such losses.
• Service disruptions caused by events beyond our control — including natural disasters, power outages, third-party cyberattacks, or internet infrastructure failures — do not render huat21 liable for any losses arising therefrom.
• Results for completed and confirmed games are final. huat21 is not liable for game outcomes that a member finds unsatisfactory, provided the game operated correctly using an audited RNG.

13. Amendments to Terms

Huat21 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any section of these Terms & Conditions at any time. The following procedure will be followed for any material changes:
